SevenThree Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SevenThree ("SevenThree," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit our website, place an order, sign up for our emails, or otherwise contact us (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you have any questions, email us at teamseventhreehelp@gmail.com.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you give us
- Contact and order details, such as your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number if you choose to provide one at checkout.
- Order information, such as the products you buy, the price you paid, and your order history.
- Anything you send us, such as emails, questions, refund requests, and product reviews.
Payment information
Payments are handled by our payment processors, such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, and PayPal, along with any other options shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This can include your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location based on your IP address, the pages you view, the site or ad that brought you here, what you add to your cart, and whether you complete a purchase.
Information from others
We may receive information from advertising partners, such as Meta, about how you interacted with our ads, and from shipping carriers about the delivery status of your order.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Process, ship, and deliver your order, and send order confirmations and shipping updates.
- Handle refunds, replacements, and customer support questions.
- Send marketing emails if you have signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Measure and improve our advertising, including showing ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our site.
- Understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
- Detect and prevent fraud and keep the Services secure.
- Comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. COOKIES, PIXELS, AND ADVERTISING
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, run checkout, understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising.
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. These share information with Meta, such as the pages you view, items you add to your cart, purchases, and hashed (scrambled) contact details, so that we can measure how our ads perform and show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta's use of this information is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
You can limit this tracking in several ways:
- Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site, such as the cart, may not work properly without them.
- Use any cookie choices offered in the banner on our site, where one is shown.
- Manage your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers who help us run the store, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, email service providers, and customer support tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta, as described in Section 3.
- Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, or is needed to protect our rights, our customers, or others, or to prevent fraud.
- Business transfers, if SevenThree is involved in a merger, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some U.S. state laws, sharing information with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out of this, as explained in Section 6.
5. SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify collects and processes your information to provide the platform and checkout. You can read Shopify's privacy policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your personal information.

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision email with "Appeal" in the subject line.
We will not treat you differently or charge you a different price because you exercised any of these rights.
7. MARKETING EMAILS
If you sign up for our emails, we will send you news and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us. Even after you unsubscribe, we will still send emails about your orders, such as confirmations, shipping updates, and refund confirmations.
8. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep order and transaction records for as long as we need them to fulfill orders, handle refunds, and meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We keep marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. CHILDREN
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
10. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information, and our checkout is encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. WHERE YOUR INFORMATION IS PROCESSED
We are based in the United States. Our service providers may store and process your information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. If you visit the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.
