These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SevenThree website and your purchase of any products from us. "SevenThree," "we," "us," and "our" refer to our store. "You" refers to anyone who visits the site or places an order. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are educational reference materials written for Catholic readers. They are not official publications of the Catholic Church, and they are not endorsed by the Holy See, any bishop, or any diocese unless that is clearly stated on the product itself. They are meant to be read alongside your Bible, not in place of it, and they are not a substitute for the Scriptures, the teaching of the Church, or the guidance of a priest.
We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors and details may look slightly different on your screen than in person.
3. ORDERS AND PRICING
All prices are in U.S. dollars. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we ship it.
We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons including suspected fraud, an error in the price or description of a product, or a product being unavailable. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount you paid.
We may correct errors in prices, descriptions, or availability at any time, including after an order has been placed.
4. ONE-TIME PAYMENTS, NO SUBSCRIPTIONS
Every purchase from our store is a one-time payment. We do not enroll you in a subscription, membership, or any recurring charge, and we do not add products or charges to your order that you did not choose. If you ever see a recurring or unexpected charge from us, email teamseventhreehelp@gmail.com and we will refund it.
5. PAYMENT
You agree that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and your use of their services may also be subject to their terms. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your order, which will be shown at checkout.
6. SHIPPING
We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times shown on the site and at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping is free on orders within the United States unless checkout shows otherwise.
If we cannot ship your order within the time we stated, we will email you with a revised shipping date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you entered.
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. For damaged items, please include a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
7. OUR 60-DAY GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email teamseventhreehelp@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery and we will refund the price of the product. You do not need to send it back.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we process a refund, your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to post it to your account.
We may decline refund requests where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused, such as repeated orders followed by refund requests.
8. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Discounts and promotions apply only for the period and on the terms stated. Unless we say otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, cannot be applied to past orders, and have no cash value.
9. REVIEWS AND MESSAGES YOU SEND US
If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content, you confirm that it is your own, that it reflects your honest experience, and that it does not violate anyone else's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and share that content in connection with our store and marketing. We will not change the substance of a review. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful, or unrelated to the product.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, belongs to SevenThree or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to commit fraud.
- Interfere with the site's security or operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect content or data from the site.
- Submit false information, or impersonate any person.
- Purchase products for unauthorized commercial resale.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The site may link to or use services operated by third parties, such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
13. DISCLAIMERS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits our 60-day guarantee described in Section 7.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SevenThree will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limits on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold SevenThree harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
16. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
If you have a problem with an order, please email us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly that way.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which SevenThree is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when they are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in effect when you placed an order apply to that order.
18. TERMINATION
We may suspend or end your access to the site if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will continue to apply.
19. GENERAL
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and SevenThree regarding the site and your purchases.
